When you register for our online portal, you complete all your details of name, address, contact details as well as giving us al the information about your pet including medication, vaccine card (including kennel cough).

Please bring with you - any bed/bedding which is special to your pet (optional), any special diet (we have dog food here but fussy eaters and anyone on a specific food should bring their own for continuity), medication (in box showing prescription amount) and any favourite toys or treats to make the transition easier. YOUR VACCINE CARD NEEDS TO BE SCANNED ONTO PORTAL AND PROVIDED TO US.
